PAYMENT & BILLING

  • All services are paid in two stages:

    • 50% upfront to start the planning process

    • 50% after the draft structure is delivered, before the final itinerary or relocation plan is shared

    This ensures a transparent and balanced process for both sides.

  • After the initial 50% payment, you’ll receive a draft structure, which includes:

    • overall trip or relocation logic

    • proposed day-by-day structure or key steps

    • suggested travel pace and regions

    • initial guidance before full detailing

    This allows you to review direction and flow before final delivery.

  • Once the draft structure is shared and aligned, the remaining 50% is paid.
    After confirmation, the final, fully detailed plan is delivered.

  • Staged payments:

    • increase clarity and trust

    • allow early alignment

    • reflect the custom, time-intensive nature of the work

    It’s a common approach in professional consulting and planning services.

  • Because all work is custom and starts immediately, payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
    That said, the draft stage ensures alignment before final delivery.
