- 50% upfront to start the planning process
- 50% after the draft structure is delivered, before the final itinerary or relocation plan is shared

After the initial 50% payment, you’ll receive a draft structure, which includes:
- overall trip or relocation logic
- proposed day-by-day structure or key steps
- suggested travel pace and regions
- initial guidance before full detailing
This allows you to review direction and flow before final delivery.
Once the draft structure is shared and aligned, the remaining 50% is paid.
After confirmation, the final, fully detailed plan is delivered.
